The World Bank noted that since the beginning of the war in February 2022, Ukraine’s transport infrastructure has undergone significant damage, which violated key imports and export routes. Drive funding includes a loan of $ 212 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) within the framework of the trust fund for Ukraine (Advance Ukraine), which supported the Government of Japan. Financing also includes a loan of $ 210 million from a special program for the restoration of Ukraine and Moldova (SPUR) and a grant of $ 10 million from the trust fund, restoration, reform and reform of Ukraine (URTF).
