The wife of the new ambassador of Ukraine to the UAE, former Deputy Minister of Defense Alexander Balanutsi, Olga Melnyk became the owner of apartments in Dubai for UAH 13.34 million.
According to the declaration, this apartment of 78 “squares” was purchased in 2023.
Family ownership is real estate in several cities: in Boryspil (105 m²), Polyanytsia (61.2 m², cost – UAH 734 thousand), as well as three apartments in Kiev with a total cost of UAH 2.7 million.
In addition, Melnyk has another unfinished apartment in the UAE of 117 m². Among the transport in the declaration, only the Nissan X-Terra 2023 of the issue, issued for his wife.
The total family income for the period is UAH 17.2 million, of which the lion’s share belongs to Olga Melnyk.
It received UAH 14.42 million from the sale of real estate, UAH 2.41 million in Gravitas Group in the UAE, and has significant deposits at Emirates and Ukraine banks.
