The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court chose a preventive measure to the wife of the AMCU head Pavel Kirilenko Alley in the form of a collateral of 9 million hryvnias.

On the eve of June 5, NABU and SAP told her the suspicion of “aiding and abandoned with illegal enrichment.”
NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors have filed a request for a precautionary measure for Alla Kirilenko in the form of a pledge of UAH 36 million. It is half of the amount that is charged with the consequence of her husband Pavel Kirilenko.
During the meeting, the wife of the AMCU head reported that she did not understand why she was suspected of “aiding or her illegal enrichment”.
“I was not present on all agreements (from the purchase of property by its parents – ed.). I did not call the owners, did not look at the apartments, ”Alla Kirilenko said.
She also noted that she “did not leave Ukraine after the suspicion of her husband in August 2024, so she is not going now.”
Investigating Judge Vitaly Kricky partially granted the request and awarded 9 million hryvnias. It should make this money within 5 days.
The court also obliged the wife of the AMCU head not to leave Kiev and the region, to deposit passports for traveling abroad and to arrive on call to detectives and prosecutors.
It should be reminded that this week NABU detectives in agreement with the SAP prosecutor reported a new suspicion of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Pavel Kirilenko.
On December 12, 2024, the Higher Anti -Criminal Code partially granted the petition of the defender of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Kirilenko and removed the electronic bracelet from the suspect.
Also recall that August 14, 2024 in the agreement of the SAP Prosecutor NABU Detectives reported suspicion Head of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Kyrylenko in illegal enrichment for UAH 56.2 million and declaring false information.
