Charity Foundation Head in Kryvyi Rih took advantage of the volunteer status and organized an illegal scheme of import and sale auto.

The person involved in women who distinguished vehicles from abroad to the territory of Ukraine as humanitarian aid. The car was looking for a volunteer accomplice who advertised the sale of transport on the social network and was engaged in showing machines to potential customers. During one of these meetings, they suggested that the NSU serviceman buy 4 cars for $ 20 thousand.
During the transfer of funds, police detained the attackers. They seized money, bank cards, mobile phone and documents for vehicles. Also, a number of investigative measures have been reported at the places of residence of the persons involved and on the parking areas in the city of Zaporozhye, where vehicles were also stored.
In total, 28 cars imported into Ukraine were seized as humanitarian aid, as well as laptops, rough records, documents on the car, copies of military tickets, passports, applications and acts of transfer of vehicles to the military.
The attackers were presented with a suspicion report under Part 3 of Art. 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unlawful use of humanitarian aid in the conditions of martial law for a considerable profit), which is punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to seven years.
A request for the election of both a suspect in the form of detention was sent to the court.
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation completed an investigation into a serviceman who allegedly wanted to sell three cars brought from abroad for the needs of the Armed Forces Ukraine .
