“The benefits and interest in Americans are the first to receive information about investment opportunities in the field of minerals, oil and gas,” she said.
This does not mean a change in the mechanism of obtaining licenses for production. As before, they will be received on a competitive basis in accordance with the law, Sviridenko explained.
A any new field will be announced for a competition or auction according to the usual procedure. It can be obtained by Ukrainian, German, French, Japanese or American company-any who will win at the auction.
