According to Minister Oksen Lisovy on the air of Radio Charter, the pattern model involves the involvement of military instructors, the use of landfills and the technical base of units.
The purpose of the initiative is to establish sustainable links between the Armed Forces and higher education, as well as to involve students in important processes, including honoring the fallen military and supporting the wounded.
