According to the president, he previously discussed the details of future meetings, as well as work on documents and diplomatic plans, with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gar Stere. “Our team is currently on its way to the Emirates for meetings with both the American and Russian sides. We are waiting for how it will go and we will decide on the next steps,” Zelensky said.
Separately, Zelenskyi and the Norwegian Prime Minister discussed the results of the World Economic Forum. The President emphasized: “We definitely need to become stronger and work together more – everyone in Europe. Of course, we discussed the situation in Ukraine and our needs to protect people.”
The meeting in the Emirates will be another stage of Ukraine’s international diplomatic work aimed at coordinating actions with allies and settling the situation surrounding the war. The details of the negotiations are promised to be made public after the meeting is over.
