In Ukraine with 1 In November, the updated procedure for registration and extension of deferrals from mobilization came into effect. Oleksandr Bodin, head of the sergeants’ and soldiers’ accounting department of the Rivne TCC and SP, explained what to do if the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CSC) refuses to accept documents for postponement.
As Armiya FM Bodin said in a comment, the Central National People’s Congress has no right to unreasonably refuse to accept documents. Therefore, first you need to carefully listen, understand and write down the reasons for the refusal.
“If they refused, then there are some good reasons. They need to be written down and the documents brought into line or to eliminate the inconsistencies that are indicated,” he explained.
How to eliminate the reasons for refusal
- Independent elimination: Ukrainians can eliminate part of the discrepancies on their own. For example, to register an e-mail, because “Tsnap will not accept documents if the applicant has not specified his e-mail address.”
- Contacting the TCC: To eliminate comments or inconsistencies related to military records, Bodin advised citizens to contact the TCC and SP at the place of registration.
After all the documents and grounds have been brought into compliance with the norms, the citizen will need to re-apply with the package of documents to the TsNAP.
As a reminder, deferrals from mobilization will automatically continue in Ukraine.
Also, new types of deferrals will appear in “Reserve+”.
