According to local residents, drones were spotted over Tambov, and air defense was activated.
Residents also write in local chat rooms about an attempt to attack an industrial facility in the village of Nova Lyada near the city.
The authorities of the Tambov region reported that a UAV was destroyed in the village of Nova Lyada. In the area of Yuvileyna Street, the remains of a UAV were found, which caught on the branches of a tree and exploded.
One of the buildings has minor damage.
