Investigators proved that the convicted from the beginning of a full -scale invasion of May 2022, at the request of the FSB of the Russian Federation, transferred data on the movement of units of the Armed Forces and military equipment, temporary dislocation of law enforcement agencies and roadblocks in the Kharkiv region.
The Criminal Court of Cassation in the Supreme Court agreed with the prosecutor’s arguments that the fault is proven, the qualification of actions is correct, and the punishment imposed is fair. Currently, the convicted is served by the court.
