The Appeal Chamber of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (WAKS) partially satisfied the appeal of the Ministry of Justice about the collection of assets of the former MP Vladimir Oliynyk.

The Appeal Chamber reviewed the decision of the court of first instance of September 4, 2025, which was previously denied the collection of corporate rights in the company “ESPechnology”Oliynyk’s wife belongs.
