“This decision is based on an assessment of its activities and the need to ensure stability and efficiency in procurement management in wartime conditions,” the message says.
The Supervisory Board also announced that it plans to engage the International Board of Auditors of NATO (IBAN) to conduct an independent audit. This is done to ensure transparency and compliance with international standards.
Based on the results of this audit, it is planned to create a center of excellence in military procurement of Ukraine, which will bring Ukraine closer to NATO membership.
The management of AOZ supported these initiatives and is ready to cooperate with international auditors.
We will remind you that on January 29, 2024, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine issued an order appointing Maryna Bezrukova as the director of the state enterprise “Defense Procurement Agency”.
