In the course of epidemiological investigation, specialists of the State Consumer Service found a number of violations of the current legislation, in particular:
- Violation of inventory washing rules: the inventory of the confectionery shop was washed with the inventory of meat and vegetable shops in the basement;
- Improper storage of kitchenware: no special containers with lids for storage of washed equipment;
- violations in the organization of storage of products: bulk products were stored in the corridor of the basement floor, violated the neighborhood in refrigeration equipment;
- unorganized storage of cleaning equipment and lack of proper marking;
- There is no control of the temperature storage temperature modes – the corresponding checks and magazines have not been provided.
During the audit, it was found that only 7 of the 23 restaurant employees had medical books. 16 employees who did not provide documents are recommended not to work and sent to a family doctor for examination and treatment.
Currently, research of food samples, washed away from the surfaces of equipment and water samples. Virologically examined water samples of hepatitis A viruses, rotaviruses, enteroviruses and adenoviruses.
Also tested poultry and eggs used in the restaurant:
- chicken meat meets all safety standards, in particular the level of radiation, microbiology and the content of chemicals;
- Eggs are also safe and meet quality and safety requirements.
On July 18, 2025, 70 people were poisoning at the Chinese Hello Restaurant at the Chinese restaurant, including 9 children. All victims have symptoms of acute intestinal infection, including fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain.
