The city authorities officially invite citizens to use the resources of local institutions to recharge gadgets and access the Internet.
This decision is part of the nationwide strategy to ensure energy autonomy and social support of the population under martial law.
On the basis of the cultural institutions of the city, locations have been deployed that perform the function of assistance hubs.
The public library of the city of Shumsk has been transformed into a space where every resident can access the necessary digital resources.
In addition to the main functions, the facility provides an opportunity to comfortably work or charge equipment.
The library works according to a stable schedule covering almost the entire week, including weekends. This allows citizens to plan their visit in advance to address urgent digital needs.
Library schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 9:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00
