“Then the society was indignant, the President was vetoed or not signed for a long time, but in the meantime, the other projects passed. The deputies always looked like idiots, and everyone was tired of it, ”Dmitry Kostyuk explained.
He noted that one of the male deputies wants to go to families abroad because it has the right, but the departure is simply forbidden for deputies. There are also women who would like to be able to leave, like all Ukrainian women, but are limited.
“That is, everyone has some personal reasons and in general, there is an understanding that parliament is not subjective, and the faction should vote on decisions that come from five to six managers. And for these often unalienable decisions should be corresponded to Parliament, ”said Dmitry Kostyuk.
The leadership of the faction sees not to defend the position of deputies, but in the fact that in the case of some “force majeure”, they all have to make mandates.
If the Verkhovna Rada becomes incapacitated, the Cabinet will take over its authority.
