As Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Secretary of the NSDC, said, the center recommended limiting the use of Telegram for official correspondence on official devices.
This decision is advisory for the government and does not apply to the official Telegram channels of state bodies.
We previously wrote that Andriy Kovalenko, the head of the Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, explained that the ban on the use of the Telegram messenger applies only to official devices — computers used by civil servants, military personnel and critical infrastructure workers.
