On Monday, December 1, scheduled restrictions on electricity consumption will be introduced in the capital, which will operate according to pre-arranged schedules for various districts of Kyiv.
What was informed by the energy company “DTEK”.
The reason for such a regime is the need to balance the energy system after massive missile and drone attacks by the Russian Federation on energy facilities, which significantly damaged the infrastructure and reduced generation capabilities.
Energy experts emphasize that the restrictions are not aimed at punishing consumers, but at preventing emergency shutdowns and protecting the power system from uncontrolled failures.
DTEK stressed that in the event of any changes in the operation of the power system or schedule adjustments, the company will promptly inform Kyiv citizens through official channels, urging them to follow updates to plan their day in advance.
We would like to remind you that on December 1, there will be blackout schedules throughout Ukraine.
Ukrenergo also explained when there will be an improvement in blackouts.
