The Security Service of Ukraine in absentia has reported suspicion to the Russian actor and propagandist Ivan Okhlobistin, who openly supported the Russian aggression and called for the killings of Ukrainians.
As the investigation was established, in September 2022, Okhlobistin made a rally concert on Red Square in Moscow on the occasion of illegal annexation of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. He agitated directly from the stage for the continuation of the war, the murder of Ukrainians and new territorial hobbies.
In addition, the SBU has documented other public speaking, in which he spread Rashism’s ideas and supported the military crimes of the Russian Federation. The Kremlin regularly rewards Okhlobistin for his propaganda activity.
According to the results of linguistic examination, which confirmed the subversive activity of the actor, he was suspected of such articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Encroachment on the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 110);
- Propaganda of war (Article 436);
- Justification and glorification of armed aggression of the Russian Federation (Part 3 of Art. 436-2).
Since Okhlobistin is hiding in Russia, the SBU takes measures to hold it. The investigation continues under the procedural guidance of the Attorney General’s office.
Earlier, the Security Service neutralized the FSB agent group, which, on the task of the Russian Federation, was in the Kiev, Kharkiv and Lviv regions. The attackers corrected rocket attacks by the racists in the locations of the defense forces.
