In Prykarpattia, a 35-year-old lawyer offered clients fictitious marriages with people with disabilities in order to get a postponement from mobilization, as well as “help” in transferring servicemen to rear units.
In the Kirovohrad region, two administrators of Telegram channels were detained, who published the locations of the TCC and called to avoid mobilization. One of them also spread calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order.
In Sumy, law enforcement officers exposed two more people who published geolocations of roadblocks and patrols of the TCC on social networks.
The extras were notified of suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular:
-
Part 1 of Art. 114-1 — obstruction of the legal activity of the Armed Forces;
-
Part 2 of Art. 109 — calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order;
-
Part 3 of Art. 369 — providing an illegal benefit to an official;
-
Part 3 of Art. 369-2 — abuse of influence.
All suspects face up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.
We will remind that on October 13, border guards detained a resident of Poltava region who tried to illegally cross the state border across the Dniester river on a rubber kayak.
In the Kyiv region, employees of the SBU in cooperation with the State Security Service of the National Police and the Security Service of the SBU detained and reported the suspicion to a group of servicemen who were stealing and selling fuel to the military unit.
Earlier, two men from Kyiv were exposed, who organized a large-scale scheme for the sale of counterfeit fuel. They face up to 10 years in prison.
