The cell consisted of four people:
- two – direct agents and orders;

The agents were detained in February 2025. Since then, there have been comprehensive measures by which other participants in the hostile cell and document their contacts have been established.

Currently, the court is directed to the court on both agents under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 111 (State betrayal committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons in martial law);
- Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 113 (diversion committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons in martial law);
- Part 2 of Art. 194-1 (intentional damage to electricity objects);
- Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 263 (illegal handling of weapons, combat supplies or explosives, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
The attackers are in custody. They are threatened with lifelong confiscation with the confiscation of property. Also prepared about the suspicion of the curator of these agents from the GRU of the Russian Federation and their “liaison”.
