According to the data, the investigation person is a 41-year-old man who has previously been criminally responsible for the storage of drugs. Law enforcement officers note that according to the instructions of the Russian curator, the man made the so -called “Molotov” cocktail, came to the premises of the local shopping center at night and threw an inflammatory mixture into the administrative building.
The SBU staff detained the attacker in a timely manner, preventing further arson attempts.
It was also found that the person involved prevented the mobilization of the conscript age, “draining” into telegram channels information about the movement of mobile CCC groups and the geolocation of the location of the Ukrainian military. During searches, the suspect seized a mobile phone and a laptop with evidence of criminal acts, as well as ready -to -use homemade ignition devices.
On the basis of the evidence collected, investigators of the SBU reported the person involved in suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 1 of Art. 114-1-obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces in a special period; Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 2 of Art. 194 – completed attempt on deliberate damage to the property by arson.
Earlier, the SBU and police detained five associates of Russian special services, which organized the arson of Ukrzaliznytsia and Ukrposhta in Kyiv, Vinnytsia and Sumy regions. They are threatened with life imprisonment.
The Security Service detained the Russian informant who adjusts the fire positions of defense forces in Donetsk region. In particular, a 49-year-old local resident cited Russian cabins.
