According to law enforcement officers, the man went around the district center and the surrounding area, where he secretly recorded the location and movement routes of Ukrainian defenders. The main targets of the enemy were the headquarters, fortified areas and firing positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the front zone.
The investigators of the Security Service informed the agent about the suspicion under part. 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason committed under martial law). He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
