The SBU exposed and detained 4 members of the group, which was arson in the Dnipropetrovsk region of service transport of defense forces. They are threatened with 8 years in prison.
According to the SBU, in the hot pursuit of the cyberfachivtsi and investigators detained 4 participants of the enemy cell near the Pavlograd. They turned out to be local residents between the ages of 19 and 25, who were looking for “fast earnings” on telegrams.
At one of these online resources, they were recruited by a representative of the Russian special service and offered money in exchange for cooperation. Further, the defendants received from the FSB instructions for independent production of ignition mixtures and a list of potential goals. Under the sight of the enemy were the pickups and cartoons of the Armed Forces, which were maintained in the frontline after completing combat missions on the front line.
The attackers managed to destroy the two service SUVs of defense forces and were preparing to execute new orders from the occupiers. SBU staff detained the persons involved in their place of residence.
Instead of promised funds from the Russian Federation, the attackers were suspected of security investigators under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces and other military formations, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons). The attackers are in custody. They are threatened with up to 8 years in prison.
Also, the SBU and the National Police detained 4 more FSB associates, which were arson at the Russian Federation in the Kiev and Volyn regions. The priority goals of the enemy were the administrative buildings of the state institutions and the dwelling of families of the Ukrainian military.
Seven people recently received a report of suspected diversions after arson of relay cabinets in different regions of Ukraine, in particular in Nikolaev, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions.
