The Security Service of Ukraine has declared suspicion of the so -called Minister of Health in the occupied Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky and his deputy, Anton Lyaskovsky.
The SBU reported this in Telegram.
According to the investigation, men took 46 children from a local orphanage to Simferopol during the temporary occupation of Kherson.
The SBU added that Skorupsky and Lyaskovsky’s children arrived to the abduction of children at that time, where the buses were organized at the time, which were transported to children from one to five years to the peninsula. As the investigation was established, they personally accompanied the children to the destination – the house of the child Christmas tree in the Crimea.
According to the investigation, both involved in the Crimea, who in 2014 supported the capture of the peninsula and went to cooperate with the occupiers. After a while, traitors were offered to be part of the occupation bodies of the Russian Federation, where they received senior positions
The SBU reported in absentia of the suspicion of Skorupsky and Lyaskovsky under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
In 2023, the European Parliament reported that the number of Ukrainian children illegally deported to Russia could reach 300 thousand. The MEPs believe that Russian children began to export Ukrainian children in 2014 – from the moment of occupation of Crimea and part of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
According to the Ukrainian State Platform, the children of war, as of March 2025, at least 19 546 children have been deported or forcibly moved by Russia’s aggressor country, which are faded in 2015 children.
