The SBU in absentia reported suspicion to three Russian generals and three of their accomplices, who commanded troops during the seizure of Zaporizhzhya NPP.
As the SBU writes, this is about:
▪️ Major-General Dmitry Chistyakov-commander of the 102nd Separate Brigade of Operational Purpose in the Republic of Dagestan of the Russian Federation;
▪️ Major General Alexei Dombrovsky-Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of Rosgvardia on the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation;
▪️ Major General Yuriy Lukachov-commander of the 22nd separate brigade of the Kobra Operational Purpose of the North Caucasian District of Rosgvardia (at the time of the crime was in the rank of colonel);
▪️ Colonel Alexei Reshetnev – Commander of the Regiment for the Protection of Important State Objects of the Rosgvardy District;
▪️ Colonel Sergei Dovgan – Head of the Department of Protection of Important State Objects of the Siberian District of Rosgvardia;
▪️ Lieutenant Colonel Murakhdan Akhmedkhanov-Commander of the Enhanced Tactical Group of the 749th Separate Battalion of Rosgvardia’s Rosgvardia in the Republic of Dagestan of the Russian Federation.
According to the investigation, at the beginning of a full -scale war, Russian officials gave orders to their subordinates to attack the energy object using heavy weapons. It is documented how during the capture of the Rushi NPP fired at tanks and other types of armored vehicles. As a result of the fire damage, the station worker and two other citizens were killed, and the fourth was injured. In addition, hostile shelling could damage technological equipment and cause a technogenic disaster.
On the basis of the evidence collected, investigators of the SBU were informed in absentia to the attackers of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
The indictment against all persons involved has been sent to court.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine in absentia reported suspicion of Russian singer Yaroslav Dronov, known under the pseudonym “Shaman”. He is accused of promoting war against Ukraine and supporting the actions of the Russian leadership.
The SBU installed persons of 4 Russian generals who ordered to hit the epicenter hypermarket in Kharkiv on May 25, 2024. At that time 19 were killed and 46 civilians were injured.
