On the evening of October 31, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv and its surroundings with guided aerial bombs, as a result of which residential infrastructure was damaged, and civilians were injured.
This was reported by the police of the Kharkiv region and the regional prosecutor’s office.
On October 31, around 21:00, one of the guided aerial bombs hit a private enterprise in the city of Dergachi, which caused a fire. As a result of the attack, two civilian guards of the enterprise were injured: a 39-year-old man was injured by glass fragments, and a 64-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction. The condition of both is satisfactory.
There was another man, 42 years old, near the scene of the incident, who also felt severe stress, he was given medical assistance on the spot.
A second aerial bomb hit the outskirts of Kharkiv, damaging a private house and three cars. A 37-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were injured, both experienced an acute stress reaction.
In total, as a result of these shellings, five people sought medical help.
Investigative and operational teams and explosives technicians work at the scene of the events, collecting evidence of war crimes committed by the Russian Federation.
