The Russian occupiers continue to improve the tactics of attack drones and adjust the tactics of air attacks on energy facilities of Ukraine.
This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction, the Minister of Community and Territorial Development, Oleksiy Kuleba Telegram.
According to him, Ukraine is entering the winter period under constant attacks of Russian troops. Attacks on power plants, substations, as well as gas and water facilities are recorded every day.
Recently, the enemy has been targeting the transport infrastructure, particularly the railway lines.
“Despite this, during the last year, the volume of work on strengthening the protection of critical objects exceeded the indicators of all previous years. In particular, work was carried out on 22 objects,” said Kuleba.
According to Kuleba, the enemy uses up to 15 Shahed-type drones every day, each of which carries about 90 kilograms of explosives. Drones attack the same target – aimed and coordinated.
“The goal of Russia is to destabilize the situation inside the country, sow panic and create the image of an internal enemy. They will do everything to keep us without electricity, water and heating. The winter will be difficult, and we have to prepare for it,” Kuleba emphasized.
