The Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill No. 12093, for which 240 deputies voted. As a result, reserve+ will be able to pay a fine for violation of military accounting.

The reserve+ team is already launching, but the timing of the new function will be announced later.
At the same time, Chernororenko said that the military will be able to pay a fine for violations of military registration in an annex at a discount of 50%. At the same time, servicemen who had such a fine will be exempted from their payment.
The payment algorithm will be as follows:
- The person in the reserve+ submits an application that recognizes the violation.
- Reserve+ receives a resolution on violation.
- The person pays a fine for the details in the application.
After that, the payment is confirmed, and the decision is considered executed. Chernororenko also notes that payment of a fine does not release a person from possible mobilization.
At the same time, some rules will be set in the service. The 50% discount on payment will last within 20 days of the application for violation, then you will have to pay the full amount.
It should be reminded that on March 13, the Verkhovna Rada has generally adopted a bill at number 12093, which is proposed to stimulate military accounting violators for payment of fines and military service.
The Tax Code will not apply the penalties to those limited suitable who will not have time to pass the VLK by February 5, and will not be wanted. The relevant legislative changes are already being prepared, the deputy head of the Presidential Office Irina Vereshchuk said.
