Recently, the remote survey mechanism has launched in the territories of active fighting, and now its use will be expanded in the territory of possible fighting. Currently, there are 175 communities of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv regions.
“We spread the mechanism of remote survey in the territory of possible fighting. This means that even more people will be able to receive housing certificates for a new home, even if their housing was destroyed by Russia in the territories where the commissions are dangerous. We work for every family, if necessary, to count on the real support of the state, ”-said the Minister of Community and Territories Alexei Kuleba, the Minister of Community and Territories.
The expansion of the mechanism of remote surveys in the Ministry of Development was initiated at the request of frontline communities. The list of territories related to possible and active fighting, as well as temporarily occupied, forms the Ministry of Development, on the submission of OVA and after approval of the Ministry of Defense.
The territories of possible hostilities will include territories bordering the territories of active fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, as well as those that have a common border with the aggressor country.
In addition, the ministry reminded that the remote survey is conducted by commissions under local governments or military administrations. To do this, they can use all available remote surveillance tools, such as satellite images, materials obtained by shooting from UAVs, photos and videos taken on a mobile phone by the homeowner.
On the basis of the collected data, the commission draws up an act of remote examination and enters it to the register of damaged and destroyed property. This document is the basis for compensation – a housing certificate for the purchase of new housing.
Earlier, the International Register of Losses created to fix the losses caused by aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has opened a new category – now owners and co -owners of non -residential real estate can apply for compensation for damage or destruction of such property.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Authorities, Local Self -Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, the party’s servant head Olena Shuliak explained when they can refuse to be compensated for destroyed or damaged by Russian armed aggression, even if it was confirmed by the relevant commission.
