At the beginning of the spring of 2025, 11 employees of the liquidated MSEC of Vinnytsia region went to court, where they seek repayment of their unpaid salary for 2022.

Currently, the therapist of the regional MSEC # 1 Victor Vlasyuk, the nurse of the regional MSEC №2 Galina Kachan and the former head of the Gaisin Inter-district MSEC of Vinnytsia region Inna Himmerik.
Vlasyuk won two courts. According to the decision of the Vinnytsia Court, the salary of therapist was not paid in the amount, which from January 1, 2022 was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. It lasted until mid -March 2023 and, according to the plaintiff himself, he was not added 105.1 thousand UAH of salary. Themis decided that the plaintiff would still pay the funds, but only for six months of 2022.
It should be emphasized: according to Viktor Vlasyuk’s declaration, submitted in February 2025, owned by three residential buildings, 12 apartments in Vinnitsa and Kiev, three Tesla electric cars with a total cost of UAH 3.3 million.
In response to Glavcom’s request, the Director of the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of OVA Olga Zadorozhnaya reported that during 2022 the Vinnytsia Regional Center of Medical and Social Expertise, to which court claims were expressed by doctors of former MSECs, had no license to carry out business activities.
