In the western regions, wind increases to 15-20 m/s, at night the temperature will drop to 0- -6 °, in the Carpathians to minus 10 °.
April 8-10 Cold with night frosts the weather will spread to most of Ukraine.
Forecasters stressed that weather conditions can complicate the operation of energy, construction, communal enterprises and violation of traffic on the roads.
