According to the investigation, on the night of May 22, Patchyk ran out of the patrol, clamping it between the car and the building. The police opened criminal proceedings under Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional injury to a law enforcement officer), which provides up to 5 years in prison.
