Prosecutors are asking the High Anti-Corruption Court (HCC) to order people’s deputy Yulia Tymoshenko a preventive measure in the form of a bail of ₴50 million, as well as a number of obligations, including wearing an electronic bracelet.
Investigative judge Vitaly Dubas announced this during the meeting on the selection of a preventive measure.
“Prosecutors ask (to set a bail – ed.) ₴50 million and impose obligations: refrain from communicating with witnesses (66 people), wear an electronic means of monitoring, etc.,” the judge noted.
Before the hearing of the petition, the parties to the appeal did not state the judge.
On January 13, NABU and SAP announced the denunciation of the head of one of the factions for attempting to bribe deputies to “correctly” vote for or against specific draft laws.
On January 14, Tymoshenko confirmed the searches in the Batkivshchyna office and rejected all accusations.
