This is stated in the decision of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors (KDKP).
The document, dated October 2, 2025, states that Veselovska has been working in the prosecutor’s office since 2005, and since 2021 she has held the position of prosecutor of the department representing the interests of the state in matters of land relations of the Khmelnytskyi regional prosecutor’s office.
According to the KDKP, in 2019 she issued the II group of disability and later extended it at the local MSEK, which was headed by Tetyana Krupa. Last year, Krupa was exposed in a scheme for illegal registration of disability status for officials. After that, Veselovska was ordered to undergo a second medical examination, but she still hasn’t passed it.
The Commission notes that ignoring reports on the examination “discredited Veselovska as a prosecutor and harmed the authority of the prosecutor’s office.”
Veselovska herself does not agree with the assessment of KDKP and believes that the issue is not related to her official activities, but is a “subjective assessment of her behavior outside of work.” The decision of the commission states: “Veselovska O.P. noted that the term for which she was diagnosed with disability has expired, and at the moment she does not consider herself a person with a disability.”
