The President of Poland awarded the Gold Officer of GUR Budanova by the Golden Officer Cross

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports on Facebook.

“For the outstanding contribution to the development of international cooperation and cooperation, which connects the Republic of Poland with other states and peoples, President of Poland Andrzej Duda awarded the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Lieutenant-General Kiril Budanov one of the highest awards of the Republic of Poland for foreigners-the Golden Officer.

Duda also noted the Cavalry Cross of the Order of Merit to Poland, Deputy Chief of GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Major General Vadim Skibitsky.

The head of the country noted the extreme importance of partnership with Ukraine in the fight against the Russian aggressor and praised the contribution of the Ukrainian army and military intelligence to the collective security of the continent, and the deputy chairman of the Republic of Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Poland Dominic was presented to the Ukrainian intelligence agency by the Ukrainian intelligence agency.

The Order of Merit to Poland is one of the highest awards of the Republic of Poland. It is received by foreigners who have made a significant contribution to the development of international cooperation and the development of relations with the Polish state, explained in GUR.

At one time, such honors were received: US 40th US President Ronald Reagan, US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, UN Secretary General Anthony Guterrash and NATO Secretary General Anders Fog Rasmussen.

We will remind, earlier President Volodymyr Zelenskyy celebrated 99 defenders of Ukraine state awards.

Also, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy celebrated 18 energy workers in the state awards.
