“I spoke with the President of Angola, João Laurence. He thanked his colleague for supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Unity and support from Africa are important for restoring peace,” Zelenskyi said.
According to him, “we are interested in the development of bilateral relations with Angola in many areas: food security, logistics, agriculture, creation of grain hubs and humanitarian demining. We are preparing the appointment of the ambassador of Ukraine to Angola.”
“I will be glad to see Joao Laurence in Ukraine, the interlocutor accepted my invitation. Our teams will work on the possibility of such a visit,” the head of state added.
