Law enforcement authorities have started criminal proceedings based on the statement of Zinaida Kubar (Likhachova), the former common-law wife of People’s Deputy from the banned OPZZ party Serhii Lyovochkin, regarding domestic violence.
According to the sources of the UP in the law enforcement agencies, Zinaida Kubar’s application was received by the Boryspil district police department of the National Security Service in the Kyiv region on January 16. Information on this fact was entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations.
Proceedings were opened with preliminary legal qualification under Article 126-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — domestic violence.
The prosecutor’s office confirmed the registration of this criminal proceeding. The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigative department of the Boryspil District Police Department.
Artist Zinaida Kubar (Likhachova), the ex-wife of Serhii Lyovochkin, a People’s Deputy from the People’s Party of Ukraine, reported that she had filed a complaint with the National Police of Ukraine.
