The application was officially launched in May 2024 to implement the updated mobilization law.
For almost a year of work, more than 70% of the conscripts have updated their data through the Reserve+, and a total of 4 million people were registered in the application, Chernihnorenko explained.
In addition to updating the credentials and access to the registry, additional services are available. In particular, it is the possibility of recruiting that allows Ukrainians to find the optimal job. Since the launch of the service, more than 100,000 applications for the army have been filed, the Deputy Minister of Defense said.
Also in March, an electronic referral was launched in the application to the Military Medical Commission (VLK). In just over two months, more than 200,000 DPPs were generated.
Chernororenko also noted that the Oberig Register, which is based on reserve+, processes more than 1 million requests daily and has 14 channels of data exchange with state systems.
“Oberig” is the only electronic register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, which reduces the likelihood of errors through the human factor and saves time and resources through process automation.
At the end of April, the Defense Ministry launched a new version of the Reserve+application, which now has a push notation on the change of the status of the visa.
Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko announced two new delay for conscripts who will be available in the Reserve+application.
In the summer, the reserve+application will work on an online payment for fines for violations of military accounting at a discount of 50%.
