The Netherlands Defense Minister Ruben Breccelmans announced a new package of military support for Ukraine on August 4. It is, in particular, the transfer of components and missiles to the Patriot air defense system.

According to him, Ukraine is very needed additional air defense and ammunition. Within a new assistance package, the Netherlands will provide American production for the amount of 500 million euros, which should strengthen the defense not only of Ukraine but also the safety of Europe as a whole against the background of Russian aggression.
Specific terms of transmission and weapons composition are not disclosed.
German Minister Boris Pistorius has announced that the country would hand over two Patriot Air Defense systems to Ukraine after reaching the US Agreement. Instead, Berlin will be the first in queue to receive new systems instead of transmitted.
Ukraine has already received three new Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems from Germany as part of the new US and NATO program aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s air defense.
