The NBU has raised the dollar: the euro fell but remains above 49 hryvnias

The National Bank of Ukraine updated official exchange rates for July 7, 2025. The dollar went up and the euro fell, although it still costs more than 49 UAH. The National Bank of Ukraine updated official exchange rates for July 7, 2025. The dollar went up and the euro fell, although it still costs more than 49 UAH.

According to data on the regulator’s website, the US dollar rate was raised to UAH 41.7341 per unit, which is 1 penny more than the day before. At the same time, the euro rate decreased by 5.5 pennies – to 49.121 UAH.

At the interbank market, the dollar traded at the level of UAH 41.74-41.77 (purchase and sale), which is 1 penny below the previous day.

In the cash market the situation remained stable: the dollar costs 41.95 UAH, the euro – 49.60 UAH.

As of July 1, the official euro rate in Ukraine again updated the historic maximum – the National Bank has set it at 48.98 hryvnia. The dollar also went up, rising to 41.77 hryvnia. We will remind, on the eve of June 30, these figures were lower: the dollar cost 41.64 hryvnia, and the euro – 48.78 hryvnia.

We have already reported that the dollar exchange rate at the exchange offices of Ukraine is stable. The only European currency has increased to maximum levels.
