On September 1, Ukraine officially launched a register of transparency of lobbyists. This was the result of the adoption of the lobbying law, which is considered an important step for the development of a civilized lobbying culture.
The National Lobist Association of Ukraine is a professional association that is intended to become the sole regulator of the industry and the basis for the future profession of lobbyist.
The Association included well -known lawyers and lobbyists:
- Olga Prosyanyuk
- Alexander Leshchenko
- Alexander Cherny
- Alexei Shevchuk
- Head of the National Association of Arbitration Managers, lawyer Alexander Bondarchuk
- The internationally famous lobbyist Artem Smolvodov
The Association already has representative offices in London and Zurich.
A press conference with the participation of government representatives, NAPCs, diplomatic and deputy corps, embassies and leading market players will be held in the near future.
