The family of the former head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochka, was the focus after the purchase of a luxury house near Kiev.
About it writes the Kherson edition “Bridge”.
Journalists found that within a month after the release of Mrochka his parents and another person issued an estate in the village of Petropavlovskaya Borschagivka, near the capital.
The cost of such homes in the area ranges from $ 300 to $ 500 thousand, and the area of the new home of the family is almost 580 square meters.
The house is located on two land. According to journalists, this real estate has been on sale at least August 2019. Houses are sold at a price of up to $ 510 thousand, and similar in size and design – from $ 420 thousand.
The owners of the new estate were Roman Mrochko – Lyubov Mrochko, his father – a military pensioner, as well as Irina Grigorenko. Each of them owns a third of the house.
Lyubov Mrochko already has an apartment in Kiev, and the father of the exitator is known for repeatedly sued with the state for raising the pension. In 2019, his pension amounted to over UAH 130 thousand, and another 210 thousand he received through court.
Family declarations also feature savings of tens of thousands of dollars and more than two million hryvnias received from the sale of real estate. However, even if you assume a fivefold increase in wealth in recent years, this amount is not enough to buy a similar house near Kiev.
The third co -owner – Irina Grigorenko – lives in Vinnytsia region, as is the parents of Mrochka. Her relationship with the family is not fully understood, but journalists suggest that she can be a relative or a close familiar family.
At the same time, the declaration of Roman Mrochko himself shows savings for more than $ 300,000, which gives reason to believe that he could finance the purchase of the estate by making it for relatives.
We will remind, in the EU 18% of respondents who encountered corruption, reported this fact. In Ukraine, there are only less than 9.7%.
We have already reported that Belgian investigators have found more than 1.5 million euros in cash during searches related to corruption investigation in the European Parliament.
