According to him, the Ministry has now established an initiative group working on a mechanism that provides more responsibility of charitable foundations and public organizations. In case of implementation of the initiative, they will be able to file a petition for the departure of volunteers outside Ukraine to perform humanitarian tasks.
“There is no such system now. The work has only started, but it is hoped that a new approach will allow volunteers to make the departures more transparent and orderly, ”Litinsky said.
