The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine announced the launch of the Data Collection System on the Execution of Court Decisions, which should help monitor the process of execution of court decisions throughout the country.

“On the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, a new section “Data collection system on the execution of court decisions” has been launched, where information on the execution of court decisions and decisions of other state bodies has been collected,” the press service said in a statement on Thursday.
The introduction of this tool is one of the requirements of the Plan of Ukraine (Ukraine Facility) and is aimed at increasing the transparency of data in the field of executive proceedings.
The section provides current and archival information (starting from 2022) on enforcement of court decisions.
The system contains: data on bodies and persons who carry out enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies; information on the state of digitization of enforcement proceedings; performance indicators of state executive service bodies and private executors.
“For the first half of 2025, state executors received 2,314,403 executive documents on collection to the budget in certain socially important categories – this is 54.5% of the total number of documents that have been implemented,” the message states.
