The Ministry of Justice stated that the report of the alleged leakage of personal data of Ukrainians while testing by notaries of the E-Nanariite system is not true.
Earlier, the notary chamber of Ukraine appealed to the first Viceremier-Minister-Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov and Justice Minister Herman Galushchenko with a call to suspend the testing of the system.

The Ministry of Justice emphasized that access to the system only have existing authorized notaries working with registers in daily activities, and the obligation to keep notarial secrecy operates regardless of the test or industrial environment.
