We would like to remind you that Ukraine suffered the largest cyber attack on state registers in recent times. As a result of the attack carried out by Russian hackers, the operation of key systems of the Ministry of Justice was temporarily suspended. The hackers said they destroyed all the data they had access to, including backups on servers in Poland. State registers will be restored for two weeks.
In connection with the malfunction of some state registers, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are forced to suspend the provision of separate registration services for vehicles related to the change of ownership.
