The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has received a new structure that meets wartime calls and modern European standards. The corresponding order was signed by the Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga – now new departments and management appeared in the department, and outdated units, in particular the disarmament department, remained in the past.
Among the key changes is the creation of the Department of International Security and Defense, the NATO Separate Office, as well as a unit that will be engaged in hostile countries.
For the first time, the sanction policy department has emerged, which will centrally coordinate the issue of pressure on the aggressor and monitoring restrictions. The updated structure provides a new distribution of regional departments: separately highlighted directions for the US and Canada, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
We will remind, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine rejected the key demand of the Russian Federation in negotiations.
Sibiga also threatened sanctions to the largest countries that buy Russian oil.
