The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has denied information on the alleged preparation of the ban in Ukraine’s activities of the KMCS Party, which represents the Hungarian community of Transcarpathia.
This was stated by the Foreign Ministry spokesman George Tykhy.
“There were no such actions on the said society. Messages in the media that affirm the opposite are false, ”the quiet emphasized.
He added that the bilateral relations of Ukraine and the Hungarian community have enough difficult issues that need to be addressed, so you should not spread unfounded rumors.
Earlier, the Hungarian media, including Magyar Nemzet, with reference to unnamed sources reported the intentions of Ukraine to ban the CMCs Party. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto stated that he was expecting “immediate explanations from the Government of Ukraine” on these reports.
Recall that Hungary is threatened with the loss of key powers in the European Union for violation of the value of the block.
