“Employers say that a shortage of workers is present in all areas. Most of all, we see that wages and active search are increasing in the industry, especially in the processing industry (light industry, metalworking, woodworking), ”he said.

According to him, the state invests a lot in these industries now, they are part of the defense-industrial complex. These companies supply spare parts, weapons, drone, etc..

“A lot of specialists are involved there. These are professions such as a machine tool, operator of machines with a time control program, turner, welder, electrician and many other professions. In many regions there are shortage of construction personnel. In the construction sphere exactly on time, people will not be left without work at the stage of reconstruction of Ukraine. We expect a huge shortage of personnel in these professions, ”he added.

In large cities it is difficult to know plumbing, electricity, etc.
