The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will send more than ₴ 44 billion for the purchase of FPV-pings, in particular on fiber in 2025.

This was discussed during the presentation of the procurement plans of unmanned aerial vehicles for 2025 representatives of the Union “Technological Forces of Ukraine” – the combination of leading manufacturers of innovative weapons for defense.
The participants of the event discussed the scale of production and supply of unmanned systems for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as simplification of bureaucratic procedures, which will allow to integrate new models of drones into troops more quickly.
“To provide a technological advantage over the enemy is one of the key tasks for 2025. If last year the main financial resource was aimed at the purchase of long -range Deepstrike, then this year more than ₴ 44 billion are planned for the purchase of FPV, including models on fiber fibers, ” – said the Director of the Defense Procurement Department Gleb Kanevsky.
Participants of the meeting paid special attention to reducing the time of delivery of drones from production to combat units, as well as the expansion of a circle of suppliers and manufacturers of defense products. The Defense Ministry emphasizes the importance of regular dialogue with manufacturers.
Such meetings allow you to solve current issues of providing the army, development of domestic technologies and optimization of logistics processes in a timely manner.

Recall that recently the Ukrainian defense forces have conducted a successful test of the Titan drone, created by the German company Tytan Technologies, which specializes in the development of technologies with the use of artificial intelligence.
